One fan said: “As someone who went to a LOT of shows in their 20s and is now in their 30s, if I could go back in time to give my younger self some advice, it would be to wear earplugs. I’m early 30s and have had constant tinnitus for years now. I can’t sit in silence anymore because it’s too loud and is quite disruptive to my sleep and daily life. Carry them with you. If you decide not to use them it’s fine, but try and wear them”
Another fan spoke about hearing loss at 30 and added, “I always wore earplugs. Some of these shows are just so f***ing loud earplugs won’t even save you if you go to a lot of them. Foo Fighters are definitely one of the worst offenders. I have no idea why they insist on absolutely blasting it”
