Blink-182 member Travis Barker was recently added to the Meet and Greet for the band’s ‘One More Time’ Tour for a whopping amount of $1,250. One fan has revealed that it was not worth it.

It is no secret that the meet and greet sessions are very special for the fans. They get a chance to make memories that last a lifetime. Personal interaction always excites the fans while autographs and selfies are the cherry on top of the incredible experience. The impact of these meet and greets extends far beyond the actual event and it certainly helps in strengthening the bond between the band and its audience. Well, it turns out a meet and greet session with Travis Barker by paying that whopping price was not worth it.

Blink-182 Meet and Greet

The Travis Barker Meet and Greet was supposed to include an autographed Polaroid photo opportunity with Travis Barker, One Travis Barker Meet & Greet laminate, and an opportunity to get a tattoo from one of Travis’ favorite tattoo artists (legs or arms). It is noted that it does not include a ticket to the show and fans must have a ticket to the show to participate in the Travis Barker experience.

One fan revealed that he was part of the meet and greet with Barker in Miami. He feels that “it was not a great time.” He revealed that there was an issue with LiveNation where there were legal issues that didn’t allow anyone to get a tattoo. Fans waited in a room for about 45 minutes before Travis came in just talking with the 12 people that did the session and they were given some water and bags of chips.

He noted that to be “compensated” they were given ONE brand-new Travis Barker drumstick and a shirt that they would ship to the fans.

However, the fans also weren’t able to get anything additional signed (including the stick we were given) and no selfies or pictures on the phone and just the one signed Polaroid.

The fan feels that the positive of the session was that Travis was very genuine, and after the photo, he asked each person where they were from and spent about 30 seconds to a minute with them. He didn’t rush anyone which was nice.

While he was signing the Polaroids fans could also able to ask questions and he mentioned that there will be a DELUXE version of One More Time, not an EP. He didn’t give a date.

We will have to wait and see when it is released.
