Bianca Allaine Kyne, who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Marilyn Manson in January 2023, has revealed her identity. She accused Manson of sexual misconduct, alleging an incident on his tour bus in Dallas in 1995 and further claims of grooming and assault in New Orleans later that year, as well as during a tour in 1999. In a statement provided to Rolling Stone by her attorney, Kyne said:
“No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long. Manson exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into his dark desires. The young girl he groomed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York.”
Kyne gave emphasis to her resolve to seek justice, stating,
“For years, I lived under his shadow, paralyzed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid. This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritizes profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.”
Marilyn Manson’s lawyer responded to Bianca Allaine Kyne’s claims to Rolling Stone, stating:
“My client does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her. She has been shopping her fabricated tale to tabloids and on podcasts for more than three years. But even the most minimal amount of scrutiny reveals the obvious discrepancies in her ever-shifting stories as well as her extensive collusion with other false accusers.”
Despite these legal challenges, Manson has announced his return to the stage with a tour alongside Five Finger Death Punch and Slaughter To Prevail, marking his first solo gigs since 2019. Additionally, he revealed three headline solo shows scheduled for this summer.
However, Manson continues to face ongoing legal issues. His former assistant, Ashley Walters, has a trial date set for June 2, 2025, regarding her abuse lawsuit against him. Initially dismissed in May 2022, the claim was reinstated in December following an appeal when settlement attempts during mediation failed.
Marilyn Manson was also previously back in court for alleged harassment.
