Dave Grohl was recently spotted shopping for Halloween decorations with his 10-year-old daughter, Ophelia, in Los Angeles. This marks his first public appearance since revealing that he fathered a child outside of his marriage to Jordyn Blum. According to photos from Page Six, Grohl and Ophelia were seen leaving a Spirit Halloween store with a cart full of festive items, including two large skeletons, which he loaded into his truck before driving away but some wonder if he will reunite with his other band after his affair.
Grohl kept his look casual for the outing, wearing cargo shorts, a T-shirt, and black Vans, while Ophelia wore an oversized black T-shirt, jeans, and sandals.
This public appearance comes after Grohl shared the news on Instagram on September 10 that he had welcomed a new daughter outside his marriage. In the post, he expressed his commitment to being a supportive parent while also acknowledging the challenges his family faces. He emphasized his love for his wife and children, stating that he is working to regain their trust and earn forgiveness.
Although it’s unclear where things stand between Grohl and Blum, reports suggest that Grohl had already secured a divorce lawyer prior to making the announcement. The Foo Fighters have since canceled their performance at the Soundside Music Festival and are reportedly taking a break as Grohl focuses on his family.
