Frances Bean Cobain, the daughter of late Nirvana legend Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love recently posted photos celebrating one year wedding anniversary with husband Riley Hawk.

Frances Bean Cobainrecently welcomed her first baby with husband Riley Hawk, who is the son of skateboarder Tony Hawk. Tony recently posed with the newborn as photo has emerged.
In a annnouncement on social media, Frances Bean Cobain had revealed that Ronin Walker Cobain Hawk was born on September 17th. Frances wrote the following on Instagram, “Welcome to the world most beautiful son. We love you more than anything.”
Frances posted some black-and-white photos of the newborn in a blanket and of her holding his little fingers. The visual artist also shared a picture of Riley, lovingly gazing at the baby as he held him in his arms.Tony was delighted over the new addition to his family in the comments section of the post, writing that Ronin was his “favorite grandson.”
Less than a year after Frances and the professional skateboarder got married, the baby was born. On October 7th of last year, the couple got married, a month after getting a San Diego marriage license.
Michael Stipe, the frontman of R.E.M., is said to have officiated the ceremony and was Frances’ godfather. It’s thought that Riley and the model started dating in the beginning of 2021. The pair did not, however, reveal their relationship to the public until the following year.
Fans got a sneak peek of the wedding celebrations in an Instagram tribute shared by Tony, in honor of his son’s 31st birthday in late 2023. The post included a photo from the wedding, along with a brief mention of the nuptials.
Meanwhile, Frances Bean Cobain’s godfather, R.E.M. frontman Michael Stipe has also recently reacted to Cobain, welcoming her first baby. Stipe wrote after the news broke: “With all the love and energy in the whole world 💛💛💛.”
