Alice In Chains have launched a charity auction in memory of Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell with items from some big names including Robert Downey Jr., Deftones, Guns N’ Roses, and many more. The auction states, “Alice In Chains & Friends Fantasy Football League have generously donated a spectacular collection of signed instruments, memorbilia, experiences, and more for an online auction to benefit Music for Relief in Honor of Chester Bennington & MusiCares in honor of Chris Cornell.”
100% of the proceeds will benefit Music for Relief and MusiCares. Music for Relief’s One More Light Fund in Memory of Chester Bennington will honor the organization’s co-founder by creating a lasting legacy for his extraordinary kindness, generosity and desire to help others. MusiCares provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need. MusiCares also focuses the resources and attention of the music industry on human service issues that directly impact the health and welfare of the music community.
