Perry Farrell and Dave Navarro recently got into a scuffle at the Jane’s Addiction show in Boston on Friday. Perry Farrell appeared to tackle Dave Navarro. Farrell then got in Navarro’s face and said the f-word at him, as a confused Dave looked at him asking what the hell he was doing. Dave Navarro has recently made a post following the incident.
Dave Navarro opens up on new song
In the caption, he wrote:
“I’m not supposed to post a full song for some reason cause “they” wanna monetize as much as possible by keeping it on YouTube. Personally, I don’t give a f*** so here is our newest song, “Imminent Redemption” in its entirety. You guys deserve it. We have another song coming out the 18th so stay tuned for that! 24 footage: @imvanessadubasso”
A video clip has emerged from Jane’s Addiction concert where Farrell lunged at Navarro, attacking him, but he was held back by a roadie and bassist Eric Avery. Farrell appeared to throw punches while being restrained, possibly hitting Avery. However, Avery could be seen restraining him with a bear hug along with Jane’s Addiction’s road crew. The road crew dragged Farrell off stage during his meltdown.
Jane’s Addiction’s original lineup is currently on their first tour together in 14 years. This is only the second time the band’s original lineup has reunited since 1991, aside from a brief 2009-2010 reunion that ended with Avery quitting.
Recently, fans have been expressing concerns about Perry Farrell’s health. During a performance at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City on September 10th, Farrell appeared unsteady on stage and had vocal struggles.
This raised concerns among fans, with many expressing disappointment and worry on social media. Some fans even speculated that personal or medical issues might be affecting the singer, as they noted that this performance was one of the most troubling of Farrell’s career.
