KISS may have played their final show, but Gene Simmons is far from done.
The Demon himself is back in the spotlight — not for a new song, not for another face-melting farewell, but for offering fans one of the wildest VIP experiences in rock history.
It’s called the “Roadie for a Day” package. It costs $12,495.
And yes — it’s already sold out in some cities.
Gene Simmons — say what you will about him — has always been about the fans.
He was one of the first rock stars to build a brand that turned fans into collectors. From KISS lunchboxes to pinball machines to caskets — yes, actual caskets — the man turned fandom into a full-blown lifestyle.
But even in the world of KISS’s over-the-top marketing, this one’s raising eyebrows.
The “Roadie for a Day” package doesn’t just give you front-row seats. It puts you in the crew.
You’re not watching from the pit — you’re behind the scenes, working the show alongside the team that makes it all happen.
That means helping with setup, watching the band soundcheck, and getting a meal with Gene either backstage or at the hotel. It also means getting a KISS-used bass guitar signed by Simmons himself, a setlist, exclusive roadie merch, and a VIP laminate. Oh — and you’re introduced onstage during the show. In front of thousands.
Regarding the $12,495 package, Simmons said: “This is not for everybody and it ain’t cheap “It’s also a different world than what I grew up in. Nowadays, if you get a papercut… everybody gets sued.”
